What is something you love about your job?

I love the daily challenge of winning. Working in preconstruction can be difficult because you can't win everything that you bid. What I love is the pursuit. I love putting together a solution that is better than our competitors. I love working with our clients and supporting them in their efforts to win work. I love winning work for our crews that helps them support their families. This is why I love what I do.

What is your favorite piece of equipment to operate?

Forklifts :) This is the only piece of heavy equipment that I have had the opportunity to operate during my 19 years in the industry. True story!
